Tappers
As a tapper you are responsible for the bar one evening. Depending on the day (busy), you will be behind the bar with a colleague or alone. You prepare the bar, run the evening and close if necessary. You schedule yourself at least twice a month on a day that suits you. You don't have to be a professional bartender/woman, you can learn how to tap a beer! All tips and eventual profits go to charity.
And further
We also have a meeting once a month on Monday or Wednesday evening, which in principle you must attend. Once a year there is an ALV. You also get a lot in return for your effort and time! More than 40 nice colleagues, a favorite pub where you can drink some free beers every month, a good feeling because all profits go to charities, experience, training, an annual employee outing and a lot of fun!!

Only volunteers work at cafe Averechts. Behind the bar and in the kitchen, because on Sundays we transform the cafe into an eatery. Furthermore, there is music, poetry, art and all kinds of theme cafes.
