Summary
Administrative processing and management of absenteeism. The study room is the place where students report to make up for absence.Detailed description
You are mainly administratively involved in processing and managing absenteeism.
You guide and motivate the students who are working in the study room as a sanction. You supervise and help with any questions. Yes, at least on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., but you can also expand later.

You will be trained, you will receive support focused on the task and workplace.
What do we ask of the volunteer?
You are expected to enjoy working with young people. After the familiarization period you like to work independently and you have the ability to address the students in the right tone so that there is a good atmosphere in the study room.

About Leidsche Rijn College
The Leidsche Rijn College is a public school for havo, atheneum and gymnasium and currently has about 1650 students. It is a school for talent development. Students are challenged to discover and develop their talent (eg in drama, writing or debate) with the help of special programs. As a young top athlete at the LRC, you can also work on your sports career and get your diploma. Just like athlete and world champion Dafne Schippers did. Because of our extensive culture, talent and outdoor lesson programs, we often run out of hands. This is the reason that we regularly call on our volunteers. If you have the time and would like to join the school as a volunteer, we would greatly appreciate that.
