Become a dialogue facilitator at De Kargadoor!

Are you a culture lover and do you like a good conversation? Do you enjoy bringing people together and guiding a dialogue? Then Utrecht in Dialoog and De Kargadoor have a nice job for you!

Let us know! The Kargadoor is a place to hear and be heard. For 60 years we have been serving as the connecting factor in the city and we want to inspire, enrich and stimulate thinking. Now we are joining forces with Utrecht in Dialogue to organize an inspiring dialogue every month on a challenging theme. For these dialogues we are looking for volunteers who enjoy working as a dialogue facilitator!

The work:

• Guide a dialogue between De Kargadoor and Utrecht in Dialogue once a month. These take place in the evening on a weekday (usually Wednesday or Thursday).
• You contribute ideas about the content of the dialogue, from subject to implementation.
• You are in close contact with the programmer of De Kargadoor and you can possibly participate in meetings of the program committee.

What do we expect?

• Some social skills are a plus.
• Availability of up to 4 hours per month
• Living in (around) the city of Utrecht
• Able to work independently

• There is always room for your own ideas and initiatives
• You will join an enthusiastic team of volunteers
• You are welcome at the monthly employee meeting with a snack and a drink
• You will have the opportunity to participate in a training for dialogue coaching from Utrecht in Dialogue.
