Volunteer with legal knowledge or healthcare background for an advisory position

Our info point receives many questions, including questions or complaints about care providers, health insurers and other parties. This often involves refusal of reimbursements by the health insurer. The support is provided by telephone or e-mail and is limited to advising the requester about the steps to be taken and pointing out relevant information on the Transvisie website (e.g. sample letters). Some questions are very complicated and we are looking for content experts who can further improve the knowledge level of our informants and find out how we can best serve the requester.

Time investment in consultation. You can work from home.
