Contents

A cheerful and (inter)active workshop in which the differences between four communication styles and common misunderstandings are made vividly clear. You gain insight into your way of communicating (using a test), which makes you aware of aspects of communication that you were not aware of before.

You practice with different styles and discover their effect on yourself and others. The result: many practical tips for more effective communication, which you can use immediately!

Trainer

Jonnet Galle works from the Wakkere Zaken network as an independent trainer and team coach in very diverse organizations. She provides the workshop together with co-trainer Kalijn Taylor. Kalijn works in childcare and has followed several NLP training courses in the field of communication.
