Certified Training Mental Health First Aid (4 half days)

Have you always wanted to know how to deal even better with vulnerable people? Do you come across people with mental problems in your volunteer work or in your own environment?

Then this course is a must!

You do not need any prior knowledge for this training in 4 half-days.

Participants are cordially invited to bring in case studies.

After the course you as a participant have:

• more insight into the factors that have a major impact on mental health.
• learned skills that can be used in daily life such as recognizing signs and symptoms of psychological problems.
• knowledge about how to refer someone to the right help.
• insight into how to act if someone is in a crisis situation.
• tools to provide first aid, to make real contact and to enter into a dialogue without judgement

• part 1: Wednesday morning, September 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m
• part 2: Wednesday morning 04 October from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
• part 3: Wednesday morning October 11 from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
• part 4: Wednesday morning October 18 from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m

At the start of the training, participants will have access to the -

E-learning from the MHFA Site. After the fourth meeting you can obtain a certificate.
