14:00 The building is available to prepare the meal

16:30 The volunteers who are hostess and lord arrive

17:00 The hall opens for guests and there is coffee and tea

17:30 start meal

19:00 all guests are gone

19:30 all volunteers go home

Attention points for cooking team

• You will receive the key from one of the volunteers in the week in advance (you will be called / emailed about this). You will then also hear for how many people can be cooked and what the budget is.
• You can come up with your own menu, the guests expect a three-course meal. (soup, main meal and dessert)
• Due to a number of Muslim visitors, we would like part of the meal to be prepared with beef or chicken. And a few veggies are nice too.
• We serve the meal (soup) at 17:30 (not earlier and preferably not later)
• It is nice if the cooking team also cleans the used pans, etc. as much as possible. The volunteers who work at 16:30 continue to do the dishes afterwards.
• When the cooking team has cooked, they are cordially invited to stay longer and join the meal. Going home is also completely okay.

Cost of the meal

Costs may be declared with receipts at Eykpunt Municipality. Please contact your contact person for this.
