Summary
We gaan geregeld met bewoners (dementie) op stap. We zoeken chauffeurs voor het rijden met het bewonersbusje.Detailed description
Als chauffeur bent u verantwoordelijk voor het rijden van de bus. Een certificaat is via onze organisatie te halen. Verder gaat u mee met het uitstapje en begeleidt u een bewoner.
We gaan meestal met kleine groepjes en er gaan altijd medewerkers mee.

AxionContinu is an organization for elderly care in the region of Utrecht, Leidse Rijn and the Lekstreek (IJsselstein).
Voorhoeve is a location with 12 small-scale homes (for a total of 88 residents).
Each house has a shared living room with an open kitchen. In addition, each resident has their own sitting / bedroom. In the small-scale living groups, the household is shaped by a permanent team of carers together with the residents. The rhythm of everyday life is maintained. In this way, the lifestyle as this target group was used to can be continued as much as possible.
In the tea house (restaurant) various activities are offered such as, among other things, folk dancing, sitting volleyball, cycling ball or eating out in-house. At the houses, baking is done regularly, games are played or the newspaper is read. If they wish, residents can also go outside for walking, shopping or cycling (side-by-side tandem)
