Coordinator Peel for Care

Nursing homes, nursing homes and hospitals can sometimes suffer from ad hoc staff shortages. If this jeopardizes the continuity of care for the patients or residents, Red Cross volunteers support the healthcare professionals in the General Daily Life Operations (ADL). It is always about short but very (decisive) strong bets. In this way we keep the self-reliance, (living) pleasure and relaxation for the residents as optimal as possible.

In order to be able to meet the demand from the care institutions, the Red Cross wants to train a pool of volunteers (additionally) to become fully-fledged 'supporters in care' in the foreseeable future. And in order to (be able to) give this project and the deployments the right shape and speed, the Red Cross District Gooi & Utrecht is looking for: 2 Coordinators Schil om de Zorg .

Volunteer for about 8 hours a week

Your three most important tasks?

• You have conversations with interested parties and volunteers and you organize the Introduction Meetings for (new) volunteers
• You plan and coordinate the deployments and process them in the various (planning) tools
• You are the always helpful beacon and discussion partner for the Red Crossers in this pool, the clients and other colleagues

It is estimated that you will be working on it for about 8 hours a week in the coming months (flexibly throughout the week). You will work together with the responsible professional in this regard.

Who are you?

• You are organizationally strong, you work in a structured way and you like an overview
• You communicate clearly and in a timely manner with both your colleagues and our clients
• You are accessible, solution-oriented, flexible and preferably already at home in care
