Duties of the housing coach

• Guiding the housing process, arranging the first basic facilities and registering with various authorities such as the municipality, health insurer, school, home and dentist
• Provide practical support for questions and problems related to housing, finance, education and health care.
• Intensive contact with the client during the first 3 months after the move.
• Offer help with filling out forms and answering letters
• You build a relationship of trust and offer a listening ear
• Coaching in increasing financial self-reliance
• Reporting agreements made and tracking progress

We expect

• You have sufficient communication and social skills
• You have affinity with the target group
• HBO work and thinking level
• You can work in a structured and planned manner
• You have empathy and you are able to stimulate and motivate
• A flexible and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Knowledge of the social map in the region or the willingness to acquire it
• Available at least 8 hours a week (preferably 16 hours) and willing to stay for at least a year (this is to be able to offer our clients a permanent and trusted contact person)
