About SBH Nederland

You cannot live with spina bifida and hydrocephalus alone. You live with others, and others are important for your strength, joy of life and possibilities. Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (SBH) The Netherlands is therefore also from and for parents, brothers and sisters, grandfathers and grandmothers, friends and partners.

"Experience knowledge" is our basis. Who knows better what it's like to live with spina bifida and hydrocephalus than you? This association is the place where people with SBH and parents of a child with SBH can find and share that experiential knowledge. SBH Nederland uses the experiential knowledge to support people with spina bifida and hydrocephalus. And to defend the interests of people with SBH in politics, with healthcare providers and insurers.

By sharing knowledge and experience about living with spina bifida and hydrocephalus, we increase our strength and our possibilities together.
