Secretary (board) with HR portfolio

The STIL board consists of volunteers. The board supports STIL's policy and executive activities and takes decisions in consultation with the coordinator. Within the board, various tasks / themes are divided among the board members. For his / her theme, the board member supports the team / coordinator in drawing up the policy goals for this theme and realizing them together with the team.

We are immediately looking for a board member for the board, for the position of secretary.

The board member has at least the following qualities:

• Affinity with STIL's target group
• Agreement with STIL's mission, vision and objective
• Some managerial experience
• Being able to function independently
• HBO working and thinking level
• Within the board there is a need for a board member with knowledge / experience with the Human Resources theme.

Job description

• Participate in board meetings (once every 2 months)
• Participate in theme meetings (twice a year)
• Secretarial tasks: reporting board meetings and decisions;
• Specific co-development / maintenance of Personnel Policy
• Develop / maintain vision and strategic policy together with the other board members
• taking on management tasks in consultation
