Concertzender is looking for: Technician for Concertzender Current

The Concertzender is looking for a technician for one of its programs who will provide the technology for the Concertzender Actueel program every other week on Wednesday afternoons.

About us:

The Concertzender is a volunteer organization based in Utrecht. Since 1982 we have been making radio programs that are distributed nationally via cable and the internet. The Concertzender broadcasts many music genres. For example, think of:

• lots of authentic jazz, through all style periods.
• thematic programs with well-known and lesser-known classical composers.
• extensive attention to medieval, renaissance and baroque music.
• historical recordings.
• music from all corners of the world, from ethnic field recordings to global dance sounds.
• electroacoustic, improvisation, pop and folk music.

In addition, the Concertzender is building a rich archive of its own music recordings.

Skills:

• You can operate a Yamaha digital mixing console or already have experience with mixing consoles and be able to quickly familiarize yourself with it.
• You are stress resistant because unexpected things happen in a live broadcast.
• You can work well in a team and are open to new developments

We use programs such as Radiologic, iTunes and Spotify.

Working hours:

The working hours are between 12:30 and 17:30 from our Utrecht location.
