Enthusiastic volunteer for administrative support

Your activities consist of supporting our coordinators with the administrative tasks in the Dossier (a digital system in which all information about mentors and clients is stored) and requesting and processing Declarations of Good Behavior (VOGs) for new mentors. Our office is located in Utrecht, but you can also (partly) work from home and the hours can be flexibly arranged (in consultation).

We are looking for someone who:

• affinity with the work that the Mentorship Foundation does
• is proficient with the computer
• has experience with eg the Word and Excel programs
• works accurately
