Do you want to learn to guide online dialogues? Would you like to know more about the appreciative dialogue method, how to set up a dialogue meeting, the phases of a conversation and practice guiding dialogue groups online?
Prior to the workshops, you will watch an instructional video in which you are introduced to the background and principles of the dialogue and in which we consider the structure, dialogue steps and the art of guiding a dialogue table. During the workshop, practice with online supervision of a dialogue group.
You must first experience the effect of a dialogue: how the principles and phases work, what it brings and delivers. We therefore assume that you first participated in various (online) dialogues.
