Desk employee for 2 fixed days per week with coordinating tasks

As a volunteer desk employee, you put visitors at ease upon arrival, inform their practitioner that their visitor is in the waiting room and you perform small household tasks (put a bin inside/outside, water plants, keep the pantry tidy and print room) for the team of practitioners of the GGZ Noordwest Area Team. Sometimes the services can be quiet so you can bring something (to read) with you. You will be part of a very nice team with a nice atmosphere at a beautiful location near the Amsterdamsestraatweg.

Together with 6 other desk employees, you man the desk according to a fixed schedule. Thursday afternoon will be your regular part of the day. In addition, you are flexible in case one of your colleagues cannot come to work for part of a day (for example due to illness, unforeseen circumstances and during holiday periods) . You will receive a volunteer fee of 2 euros per hour. This is a permanent position with learning and career opportunities if desired.
