community center the new roamer is looking for a committed treasurer

De Nieuwe Jutter is a foundation with a committed remote board . The board is formed by a group of active, passionate and knowledgeable volunteers. We are looking for a treasurer. Someone who manages the income and expenditure of De Nieuwe Jutter and who is a member of the board. The board meets 1 x 6 weeks for approx. 2 hours.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone, preferably from the neighborhood (or involved in the neighborhood), with a heart for corporate social responsibility. Someone who likes to deal with (financial) social issues and wants to invest his / her time and energy in the further development of De Nieuwe Jutter.

The duties of the treasurer include :

1. * send a limited number of invoices per month
2. * check bar income and remittances
3. * preparation hours of financial statements for the board meetings and annual reports (budget, annual accounts).

The management group itself takes care of a number of financial administrative tasks in-house (cash and rental administration). In addition, De Nieuwe Jutter is supported by an administration office for the daily administration.

Estimation of time investment tasks of the treasurer:

1. * weekly: on average 2 hours (including preparation of board documents)
2. * 2x per 6 weeks 2 hours board meeting
3. * Annually: 30 hours for annual accounts, subsidy applications, budgets, etc.
