An organizational talent

Wanted: An organizational talent who likes to work for people with a small budget!

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee (on a voluntary basis of 8 hours a week) who can support us with administrative work for the preparations for the Great Utrecht City Dinner on October 17.

In 2020, the Poverty Coalition Utrecht entered into a connection with SAS (Sharings Arts Society) to allow people in poverty to participate in various activities. For example, there is cooperation in the area of the Great Utrecht City Dinner and other activities, such as the Fires of Sint Maarten and the Sint Maarten Parade. Every year with a different accent.

The work will start on August 21 and last until October 17.

Who are you?

• You are available 1 day a week.
• You are involved with people who live on a small budget.
• You are aware that our target group is diverse and you adapt your language accordingly.
• You are punctual and administratively versed.
• You like planning and organizing.
• You can handle Word, Excel and Outlook well.
• You are able to keep an overview in the hectic.
• You like to think along and are reliable.

Your tasks

• You make a schedule of the number of packages required for the Great Utrecht City Dinner.
• You plan the route on which the packages are offered to the organizations.
• You coordinate and consult with your immediate colleagues.

The Poverty Coalition Utrecht is an enthusiastic organisation. We join forces of large and small organizations, (small-scale) initiatives, aid and service providers, advocates and experience experts. In short, everyone who, alone or with others, is committed to combating poverty in Utrecht.

We are committed to improving the position of people with a small budget and to making poverty a subject of discussion.

• A volunteer allowance, the total allowance is € 2500 [1] , or convertible into training.
