The board of the Zonnebloem Stad Utrecht is looking for a secretary! You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed board and team of volunteers that will do everything in their power to give people with a physical disability an unforgettable time.

What are you going to do?

• preparing, attending and reporting board meetings;
• handling incoming and outgoing mail;
• maintaining the archive and the volunteer administration;
• making annual reports;
• arranging orders for printed matter, souvenirs and the like;
• collaborating and consulting with the regional board and others;
• thinking along with the development of policy and giving direction to the course of the association;
• (possibly) maintaining contacts with other organizations and governments;

The working hours vary and the average time load is about half a day per week.
