Reception employee for Gilde Utrecht; a unique place for volunteering!Working in a small friendly team, with varied activities.
Detailed description
We are looking for reinforcement for the Gilde Utrecht office. Our reception is available for customers every working day from 2-4 p.m. We are looking for someone who can work on tuesday, wednesday, thursday or friday afternoons.
Activities:
- mediation between customer and tourguide
- accounting
You are asked:
- a customer-friendly attitude
- accuracy
- good communication and administrative skills
- sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Dutch speaking
- mastery of the Office package (Word, Excel, E-mail)
- basic knowledge of English and/or German
- a good collegial attitude
- participate in the reception meetings approximately once every six weeks.

More than two hundred volunteers are active in many different areas. The volunteers of Gilde Utrecht enjoy doing something for others and they experience that what is offered is also appreciated.
The range of activities is very diverse: Beautiful historical walks in the city of Utrecht, language support in the Dutch language or in foreign languages, courses on various aspects of the city, but also one-on-one advice in a number of areas.
