Museum shop inventory management volunteer

(4 hours a week, working days in consultation)

The volunteer museum shop will be a spider in the web. This way you will keep an eye on the fixed stock and order new products. You will also carry out preparatory work (such as checking packing lists and printing out price stickers), so that orders are placed correctly in the store. Entering data is also your responsibility. You come under the Marketing & Programming department, 2.5 fte.

We are looking for a volunteer who:

· Has experience in retail,

likes to support colleagues,

works accurately,

know how the museum shop works,

in good physical health (associated with the occasional lifting of boxes),

has hospitality in his/her DNA,

is good at keeping an overview,

· takes responsibility for planning.

De Haar Castle offers:

Kasteel de Haar organizes a lot for volunteers. There are several extra activities throughout the year. You can think of participating in working groups. There are also lectures, outings, the annual volunteer drink and the annual volunteer party. Your travel expenses will also be reimbursed (19ct p/km). Furthermore, Kasteel de Haar offers volunteers a discount on (group) visits to the castle and the park, rent of rooms and articles in the castle shop with various arrangements.
