Inloophuis Andante is there for people with early dementia and their loved ones. We are open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-16 and on Thursday from 10-13.

What can you do as a volunteer at Odensehuis Andante?

During the walk-in there are volunteers and one of the coordinators is active. There are light administrative tasks that require weekly or periodic attention. The hours can be planned flexibly.

It concerns the following:

• Process registration lists.
• Correct processing and keeping personal data up-to-date.
• Pieces provided with the correct layout.
• Editing documents if necessary.
• Incidental jobs in consultation with coordinators.
• Initiating VOG applications and the correct processing thereof.
• Good and bad policy, taking care of sending cards and/or an attention.

If the cooperation is mutually beneficial, we will conclude a volunteer contract after a trial period. With this you are insured through the volunteer insurance of the municipality. These insurances apply during the performance of all work for the Odensehuis and for commuting.

Declaration of Good Conduct (VOG)

All volunteers must be in possession of a Certificate of Good Conduct. The costs of this will be reimbursed by the Odensehuis.

Privacy

In the context of privacy rules, your name, address, telephone number, date of birth and date of commencement of your volunteer work are registered. This data is not made available to third parties. The coordinator is responsible for providing you with the information you need for your work.
