Experienced (former) Entrepreneurs and managers who, as Project Managers, want to use their knowledge and experience to help the self-employed. As a trajectory manager of Over Rood, you make the difference and help people regain their strength. Under your guidance, a client can structurally map his problems and choose the best possible solution. You get entrepreneurs out of a negative spiral and help them get back on track. Supervising trajectories requires a time commitment of 4 – 6 hours per week. This is an unpaid position, expenses will be reimbursed. You report directly to the location manager and indirectly to the person responsible for process management.

Job description:

Guiding clients through a support process within Over Rood. The objective of each trajectory is to provide the client with resources so that he can make conscious decisions and show behavior to get out of the unwanted problematic situation.

You are asked:

Extensive experience, for example as an independent entrepreneur, director, manager, manager or specialist in your field. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with people who benefit greatly from it.

You have the following skills and knowledge:

• Basic knowledge administration
• Basic knowledge of marketing and sales
• Basic knowledge of project management
• You can listen well, summarize and signal (what is the essence?)
• You are able to structure, organize and plan
• You speak the language of the entrepreneur and understand that entrepreneurship can sometimes be difficult
• You can review a business plan and financial plan
• You are good with Excel and find your way on the internet
• You can keep your distance and encourage the client to get started
• Knowledge of different tax types (income tax, VAT, corporation tax)

Education and experience:

HBO/University working and thinking level. Knowledge of and experience in guiding (groups of) people. You are empathetic and can empathize well with the problems, the mental situation and the living conditions of clients, without becoming emotionally involved. Demonstrable experience or familiarity with the tricks of the trade when running your own business.

Excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing is a requirement.
