Job description

What Does a Cat Groomer Do?

Cleaning the enclosures and litter boxes;

Taking care of and giving love to the cats;

Administering medicines.

We ask

Love and patience for animals;

Minimum age of 18 years, able to work independently but also in a team.

Sense of responsibility

Being able to work neatly and hygienically

In consultation at least one shift every two weeks from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

An enthusiastic volunteer organization. You usually work in a team.

Guidance and induction is done by colleagues.

About Stichting Dierenhulpverlening Woerden e.o.

Our Foundation runs entirely on volunteers. With our animal ambulance we offer assistance and transport to sick and injured animals in Woerden and the surrounding area. In our animal shelter Reijerscop in Harmelen we temporarily shelter stray and distant animals or take them to specialized shelters. We are actively looking for a new home for the animals in our shelter.
We also register missing and found animals. If you have lost your animal or have found an animal, you can view registered animals on the site.
From a first phone call to the total care for an animal… Our volunteers are available every day for the welfare of the animals in the region.
