About the Job
As a project coordinator you will be part of a small and awesome team working on organizing dialogue series designed for international parents who are residing in asylum centers and different locations in Utrecht.
Your responsibilities
Helping with the recruitment of dialogue participants via consultatiebureaus, buurtteams and social media. - Maintaining contact with officials regarding the project. - Maintaining contact with the participants via the email and sending reminders etc. - Taking notes and memos during meetings.
