Ayni Foundation supports initiatives aimed at developing the country and combating poverty and inequality. Ayni is a dynamic organization with an informal atmosphere and plenty of room for creativity and initiative. In the Netherlands, a motivated team of volunteers is working to realize its ambitions. We are involved in writing the digital newsletter, maintaining the website, maintaining contacts with Bolivia, applying for new subsidies, organizing and visiting information markets, theme evenings, parties and stands.

The position: Communications board member

To support the board and the team of volunteers, we are looking for a communication expert who - after a training period - is able to carry out the common activities independently and in a result-oriented way:

• writing and (co-)executing a communication plan;
• writing six newsletters p/y;
• respond to current events with news and facts about Bolivia;

Your profile:

• You have a passion for language and a fluent pen. You can convert a complicated message into an accessible text.

• You write for various target groups: donors, volunteers, donors, supporters, ...

• You have a good knowledge of English and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

• You are creative.

• You can independently plan, organize and follow up projects.

• You have mastered the most essential IT applications and find your way in the digital world.

• You recognize yourself in Ayni .'s mission

What we expect:

• Able to work from home on average 4-6 hours a week or more ;-)
• Good writing skills in Dutch;
• Has empathy and the necessary creativity;
• Are available for a minimum of two years;
•
