About Zoals JIJ

Like YOU is a buddy project for and by young women in Utrecht. Our goal is to connect and empower young women. We want to achieve this by sharing real, raw and honest stories online and offline in which we can recognize ourselves and the other person. We link (vulnerable) teenage girls to young women from Utrecht.

For whom: Utrecht girls aged 14-18
By whom: Utrecht women aged 21-35 years

A teenage girl comes into contact with a woman who encourages her, believes in her and brings out the best in her during an individual journey that can take place at different times and places.

Our website is an important part of the project. The teenage girls can read the stories of the women they can come into contact with and respond immediately. The teenager can choose how she wants to get in touch; by chatting, receiving a ticket or meeting in real life. If there is a click, they keep in touch by occasionally meeting, apping and receiving nice tickets. In principle, an As YOU program takes one year.
