The Concertzender is a volunteer organization based in Utrecht. Since 1982 we have been making radio programs that are distributed nationally via cable and the internet. The Concertzender broadcasts many music genres. For example, think of:

- thematic programs with well-known and lesser-known classical composers;
- ample attention to medieval, renaissance and baroque music;
- historical recordings;
- music from all corners of the world, from ethnic field recordings to global dance sounds;
- electro-acoustic, improvisation, pop and folk music.
In addition, the Concertzender is building a rich archive of its own music recordings.
Job description:

Profile:
- Affinity with audio technology and with classical music, jazz or world music is an advantage.
- Experience with Avid Pro Tools, Cubase or a comparable digital audio editing system is an advantage.
- Getting along well with Apple OS X is a plus.
Working hours:
At least 1 half-day per 2 weeks, from 11:00-18:00. The work takes place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Scheduling is always in consultation.
- Employees at the concert station work on a voluntary basis.
Intake procedure:
First an intake interview with us in the studio, then you will be trained until you can independently carry out the assembly technique. If you live in Utrecht, this is handy but not a 'must'.
