Spearhead the management of our social media accounts

Stichting Sunny Days is seeking a dedicated volunteer to spearhead the management of our social media accounts, enhancing the organization's visibility and expanding our reach to a broader audience in the Netherlands.

Sunny Days Overview:

Sunny Days, a nonprofit organization based in Utrecht, Netherlands, was established in 2020. Specializing in crafting local and international projects for young adults, newcomers, and international residents in the Netherlands, we address themes such as diversity, inclusion, multiculturalism, entrepreneurship, and youth work. Collaborating with target groups like youngsters, women, immigrants, and internationals, primarily through Erasmus+ projects, Sunny Days strives to build sustainable communities, promote peaceful encounters, and raise awareness about diversity and inclusion. Our work spans social and cultural projects, along with training programs in partnership with organizations across Europe, acting as mediators to foster interaction and communication between diverse cultures and communities.

What We Ask:

• Proficiency in English, particularly in writing, and preferably in Dutch.
• Experience in managing social media pages and web-related tasks.
• Familiarity with applications such as Canva and Adobe for creating engaging posts and flyers.
• Bonus points if you have a background in communications.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Interest in and affinity with migration, the international community in the Netherlands, media & communication tools, human rights issues, youth work, and sustainable development goals.
