Office-assistent

The Technotrend Foundation works on all kinds of sustainable projects for children and young people in schools and beyond and at various locations in the Netherlands. Your task includes organizing and supporting the work of the Foundation. As an office assistant with us you are someone who:

• Bonding and fun strengthened
• Planning team outings and activities
• Pays out claims
• Purchase office supplies
• Administration takes care of
• Purchase materials for teaching boxes
• Manages teaching boxes and materials.

As an office assistant you keep an eye on the practical matters that are necessary to be able to give the various lessons: you ensure that there are sufficient teaching materials and lesson boxes available, you organize meetings and team outings and the administrative effort involved in these various activities. In addition, you take minutes of the board meeting several times a year.

At the same time, you are responsible for the availability of sufficient office supplies and the payment of small expense claims from guest lecturers and employees.
