Language & Future Coach

Taal Doet Meer offers a guidance program during the step to training, internship or work, aimed at empowerment, researching talents, network, language & communication. You also work together on skills that are necessary to enter: presenting and applying for jobs. This project is aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 25 with the aim of improving the chances of young people with a language deficiency in the labor market. Good communication in the Dutch language is (among other things) a key to success. A good letter, calling in the event of a rejection, knowing how to present yourself, who and where can you find people who can help you further? As a Language & Future coach you can help a young person with this.

What are you going to do?

You coach young people with a distance to the labor market or study choice, in discovering his / her talents, qualities, wishes and (hidden) ambitions. Then you help the young person to take the first steps in realizing his / her goals and facing challenges on his / her path. You also motivate the young person to build his / her own network. You also help him / her with language.

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience in coaching and guiding
• You have an interest in and affinity with people from other cultures
• You would like to expand and share your network
• You are available for six months, approximately 1.5 hours per week
