About Bezoekerscentrum De Boswerf

The visitor center De Boswerf is a beautiful, green location in the Zeisterbos. Every year we welcome more than 28,000 visitors, varying from school classes and children's parties to recreationists. At De Boswerf, children can enjoy the nature play forest and all kinds of activities are organized for young and old, such as workshops, shows, markets and various children's activities. We also provide information about the area. The Boswerf is part of the Cluster Nature and Sustainability Communication (NDC) of the Environment Agency Utrecht region. The cluster carries out activities in the field of education and communication about nature, sustainability and the environment. With its range of teaching materials, the cluster offers support to schools in the Utrecht region. Schools can receive practical additions to their teaching methods in the form of teaching boxes, living materials and outdoor lessons or excursions.
