About Buurtkamer de Klop

Neighborhood room de Klop is the social meeting space for residents of the Vechtzoom in Utrecht Overvecht. We are open Monday to Friday and sometimes evenings or weekends. We run almost entirely on volunteers. And they do all kinds of things: listening ear, a game, pouring coffee, but also small repairs (shortening pants, hanging up a picture), help with difficult letters, going for a walk, giving an explanation on the phone, cooking, giving a workshop, crafting, whatever you like.

It is a space for and by the neighborhood where residents can meet. We stand for connection, positivity and development.

Even if you live a bit further away you are welcome, for a cup of coffee or to support us as a volunteer.
