Santa is looking for help

Sinterklaas will return to Utrecht in November. Every year the entry is celebrated by 35,000 enthusiastic visitors. This makes the arrival of Sinterklaas one of the biggest events in Utrecht. The organization of the entry is in the hands of twenty motivated volunteers (Coordinators) who do everything they can to make it a fantastic party every year.

In order to make the arrival possible, we need help from entrepreneurs and companies that support the arrival and would like to contribute, both financially and with products or with commitment. We are looking for a coordinator who will supplement our Partner Committee.

Coordinator Partner Committee

As a coordinator at the Partner Committee you activate the relationship with existing partners and you make acquisitions at new partners. In addition, you actively help organize our relationship event “de Schoorsteenreception” in October, hosted by the mayor.

What are you going to do

- You get to know existing partners and determine the objectives together with them;

- You map out potential partners within the Utrecht business network and you look for collaborations and you collect financing;

- You make contact with business associations and initiatives and ensure an active presence of the arrival within these networks;

- Contribute to the organization of the Chimney Reception.

Who are looking for someone who..

- Preferably already have a network in Utrecht;

- Likes to make acquisitions;

- See connections and possibilities;

- Bringing ideas to potential partners;

- Considers it important to build lasting relationships

- Approx. 4 hours a week has time from May
