Looking for a cooking volunteer (Terwijde)

Do you enjoy cooking, do you stand firm, and would you like to bring someone else(s) along in your cooking enthusiasm? Then here is an opportunity!

For our location Leidsche Maan (Utrecht Terwijde-Leidsche Rijn) we are looking for someone / or a group who wants to prepare the joint, hot meal with a resident(s). Will you accept the invitation? Of course you can also join the meal afterwards. Good to mention that the kitchen is not an open kitchen but a separate room.

What else do we ask of you:

• You come to cook at least once a week on a fixed day from 3 pm to 6.30 pm
• You stand firm and you are independent.
• We ask for a certificate of good conduct (VOG). The costs of this will be reimbursed.

Leidsche Maan is a home for people who cannot live independently because they have an addiction to hard drugs and also have other (psychiatric) problems and/or an intellectual disability. The residents receive the necessary care and guidance, which is aimed at enabling them to function independently as much as possible.
