About Realisten Academie 2.0: Samen voor gelijke kansen!

Young people with a (work) disability, just like everyone else, deserve a place in the labor market. This is not always easy for them.
The Realists Academy 2.0 is there to personally strengthen young people with a disability, and to change the way of thinking and working in society with regard to an inclusive labor market through the use of their own experiential expertise.

The Realist Academy 2.0 trains young people with a disability to become Realist (experience expert). They are committed to promoting the inclusion of young people with disabilities in the labor market. By providing information, they inspire and activate professionals and young people.
