Back office First aid assistant

The Dutch Red Cross helps people in need, around the corner and far away, from our hearts and with our sleeves rolled up, that's what we stand for. We do this with many volunteers who work every day. Heroes who take a step forward when the going gets tough. Who put their shoulders to the wheel when necessary. So that in times of need no one is alone. We also offer integrated humanitarian aid internationally to people in need, who are vulnerable or who are victims of a natural disaster or crisis. We operate worldwide from our seven founding principles: humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntariness, unity and universality.

One of the objectives of the Red Cross is: first aid for everyone, by everyone. We offer various certified first aid courses for various target groups. Are you an administrative centipede, communicative skill and do you have an affinity with first aid? Then respond now!

We are immediately looking for a volunteer for the District Gooi & Utrecht:

Back office First aid assistant 

For 4 - 6 hours a week.

What are you going to do 

As a first aid back office employee you are jointly responsible for the planning, organization and completion of the first aid courses for the business market within the District. You work out the planning in consultation with the project leader. You schedule instructors and place the courses in our webshop. You maintain contact with the relevant companies, schools or institutions and with the students. Afterwards, you ensure correct handling and student administration in the student system. You also perform other administrative tasks. You are supervised by the project leader First Aid.

What are you bringing? 

• You have a pragmatic attitude and like to organize and organize, both alone and in a team.
• You are customer-oriented and like to make contacts. You see opportunities and act on them immediately.
• You are proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Outlook, Excel) and automated systems.
• You are proactive and you have good communication skills, both written and oral.
• You are available 4-6 hours a week, in consultation at home or at the office.
• You have your own PC or laptop.
• You stand behind the basic principles of the Red Cross.
