Our experience is that people in general benefit the most from a meaningful daily schedule to prevent worrying and feeling useless. Being part of an organisation, belonging to a group, having structure in your day, having fun around you, are all factors that we try to offer with daytime activities and volunteer work. Moreover, people are better prepared for the regular labor market if they gain work experience.

Within our foundation, various activities are performed by volunteers. As an organization, we greatly appreciate the efforts of these volunteers.

There are various options within volunteering.
There are volunteers who work for a few hours on certain days of the week, for example helping in a store. There are also volunteers who perform professional work from a certain field and offer guidance in a teacher-construction. A number of volunteers carry out work with permission and retain benefits.
We work with a voluntary agreement, possibly with a fee if this falls within the legal possibilities.

Volunteers are of course an integral part of our foundation. They can therefore participate in all activities and arrangements for (permanent) employees. On the other hand, they must of course comply with the organizational regulations and the safety regulations in the same way as other personnel.
