Collection point for unused maternity materials

The babyhope foundation is looking for people who want to collect maternity materials. Women in NL who are pregnant receive a maternity package with medical material for the delivery. many women give birth in hospital and therefore have a lot of material to spare. This leftover material is not taken back by the pharmacy and can therefore only be put in the wheelie bin. People can find a collection point via our website. They then bring the package to this point themselves. Some colleagues have a container outside, others take it personally. What you like yourself. If you have a stock that starts to get in the way, a transporter can pick it up voluntarily or you can take it to the depot in Leidsche Rijn. Most collection points receive some items on average twice a week.

This volunteer work can be easily combined with work and/or children. It doesn't take much time, and you achieve a lot with it. In addition to the fact that children and women worldwide can use much-needed medical materials during childbirth, it also prevents waste.
