The mission of TGIlay is to amplify the voices of those who are often overlooked. Through all our projects, we aim to foster compassion and dialogue within complex societies. Through artistic and in-depth research, followed by performances, we illuminate ethical issues and create a connection between art, society, and often, the government.

At the core of our company is our approach; we "infiltrate" as artists into government or other large organizations. We always do this transparently, with the organization's consent. We approach it with an open mind but with a clear focus on the moral and ethical issues inherent in the institution's work.
