About Transvisie centrum voor genderdiversiteit

Transvisie is the patient organization in the Netherlands that works for people with questions about their gender identity (transgender people) and for their family, loved ones and relevant environment.

Patient organization Transvisie has three core activities: contact (groups and individual), information provision and advocacy.

We are a non-profit organization with about 70 volunteers. We are partly subsidized by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and partly by contributions from donors. All activities are carried out by volunteers. These are often experienced employees who are in one way or another related to the target group.
