Do you want to answer emails and phone calls from transgender people, and others with questions about gender identity?Detailed description
Transgender people, loved ones, professionals and other interested parties email or call us with a wide variety of questions. For example, you can receive questions about healthcare, emotional support, legal and social issues, work, discrimination, information, mutual contact, and so on.
You work on the basis of an extensive work instruction.
What else do we ask of you:
-A broad interest in everything that has to do with transgender people
- you speak and write good Dutch and English, because we receive more and more emails and phone calls in English
- you are patient and organized
- you can listen carefully and ask questions
- you are available a few hours a week

Patient organization Transvisie has three core activities: contact (groups and individual), information provision and advocacy.
We are a non-profit organization with about 70 volunteers. We are partly subsidized by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and partly by contributions from donors. All activities are carried out by volunteers. These are often experienced employees who are in one way or another related to the target group.
