For whom?
Do you want to organize a dialogue, have you never done this before, or would you like to design and design a dialogue (series) together with others? In this workshop you will work together on the appreciative design and design of dialogues. Together you will arrive at a more beautiful theme, a more powerful program and more diversity at the table, making the dialogues richer. We become acquainted with each other's dreams, talents and talents in order to achieve a valuable dialogue (series) for participants.
Learn with and from each other
We reflect on practical experiences, what we aim for, what it takes to make dialogues a success, themes and questions that play a role. The workshop is built according to the principles of the appreciative approach: from exploring and telling to imagining, designing and realizing. We learn from positive experiences and use the power of our dreams to move forward. We explore ideals, possible themes and goals, share great experiences to arrive at a (joint) vision and goal. We make a sketch, design of the structure of the dialogue and agreements about implementation: who will pick up what and what else is needed.
