Dialogue group facilitator

Do you believe in the power of appreciative dialogue to increase the sense of belonging? Do you find it fun and challenging to bring people into conversation about matters that live in corona time?

What are you going to do?

• Together with volunteers and partners, you bring people together and talk, a partly permanent group that meets more often, so that participants get to know each other better, contacts can deepen, the group can become closer and the feeling of Erbij Horen can become stronger. .
• Prepare program and themes with stakeholders and partners
• Taking care of inspiration on the theme, a pleasant course, evaluation and follow-up of the meetings.
• Involving participants with stakeholders, volunteers and partners

Your profile

• You are an experienced listener, enjoy in-depth conversations and are interested in people from very different backgrounds.
• You are a committed resident, student or intern with a passion for supervising group discussions, and you can commit yourself 4 hours a week.
• You can (learn to) guide a group discussion according to the appreciative dialogue method
