Will you come and help in our restaurant?

In order to steer this in the right direction, we are looking for volunteers who want to support the work in the restaurant.

Tasks:

• Serving coffee and tea
• set tables
• record meal wishes
• serving meals
• clearing and tidying up space
• Talking to/paying attention to the clients

The available working hours are:

• Monday 16.30-20.00
• Tuesday 16.30-20.00
• Wednesday 16.30- 20.00 o'clock
• Saturday: 12.00-14.00 and 16.30-20.00
• Sunday: 10.00-12.00 and 12.00-14.00

You are also welcome if you are available one of these times.

Who are we:

Transwijk is a residential care center in the Transwijk district. As part of Vecht en IJssel, we are a service provider in housing, welfare and care for the elderly in the province of Utrecht. At four locations (Ewoud, Transwijk, Zuylenstede and Lieven de Key) and with Zorg Thuis, we are committed to the optimal well-being of our clients. We do this based on the conviction that people, young and old, feel better when they are heard and seen. Especially in this time, in which the elderly increasingly stand on their own, Vecht en IJssel wants to be the answer to this.
