ZorgSpectrum is an organization that supports people with one or more progressive chronic conditions and any related conditions, who therefore experience limitations in daily life. We offer this support in our own care locations in the Utrecht Lek River basin and at people's homes.
Within the Hoogstraat Rehabilitation on the Rembrandtkade, ZorgSpectrum has a unit for rehabilitation, nursing and care of patients. De Hoogstraat is a rehabilitation center and expertise center for spinal cord injury rehabilitation. This unit with a therapeutic rehabilitation climate is for patients who have completed their rehabilitation, but are not yet able to go home. Or for patients who are not (yet) sufficiently resilient to undergo rehabilitation. There is plenty of liveliness and an active atmosphere.
