What is right?

hoiUtrecht a stage with three parts: the collection of stories, story exhibitions and republications. We are part of a network of Utrecht organizations working on inclusion.

hoiUtrecht shares the stories of people who experience obstacles to fully participate in society. For example, people who live with a disability, illness or disorder. Themes such as illiteracy, poverty and addiction are also discussed. We also give the floor to children, carers, lonely elderly people and people with a migrant background.

We call these people main characters and offer them a stage. Where they share their years of experience and tips on how they take on (daily) challenges. In a positive way, with inspiring stories.

The stories are for everyone. With these experience stories, we are working on raising awareness, so that there is more room for participation in an inclusive society.
